ATTY. CHESTER P. OGSIMER
Senior Associate Counsel
Atty. Ogsimer worked as a legal researcher at the Philippine Sports Commission, (Office of Commisisoner Ambrosio De Luna) right after his graduation from law school. Upon his admission to the bar, he worked briefly as an associate of De Luna Lacuanan and Associates Law Offices where he had his first crack at the legal profession as a labor and criminal lawyer. Thereafter, an opportunity opened for him to establish his own law office, the Ogsimer Moreño & Associates Law Offices in Parañaque City. It was with his own firm that he gained his extensive experience in labor, litigation, and corporation law. He also served as the Managing Director of Rightmove, Inc., a consultancy firm he established with Atty. Cabrera. It was at this time that he developed his interest in estate planning and decided to specialize in it. Thus in 2009, he joined AMC Law Office where he proved valuable specifically in the areas of family constitution and business succession planning. He also provided vital research work for the 3rd edition of Atty. Cabrera's estate planning book, "Thy Will Be Done." Occassionally, Atty. Ogsimer co-lectures with Atty. Cabrera in the latter's estate planning seminars, and private briefings.
Atty. Ogsimer attended grade school at San Isidro Catholic School where he graduated as Class Valedictorian. He thereafter attended high school at the Manila Science High School. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines Diliman after only three and a half years. He earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree at the Arellano University School of Law.
